How do I place a rush order?

We are no longer accepting rush orders. All standard cakes have an order processing time of 3 calendar days, and all celebration cakes have an order processing time of 5 days, excluding Sunday, Monday and public holidays and an order cut off time of 6pm.

When will my order ship?

All orders for shipping have a standard 3 day order processing timeframe. We do however try to get orders shipped within 48 hours when possible. We do not ship on weekends, Mondays or public holidays.

How long does shipping take?

We ship all our cakes via ups and delivery times and speeds are subject to their policies. Standard ground shipping takes 2-4 days depending on the delivery zip code. In a rush? Expedited shipping options are also available.

How far in advance should I place my order?

If possible, we ask that you give us at least 2 to 3 months' notice on Wedding Cake orders, and 3 weeks’ notice on custom designer cakes and other large orders.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards for purchases made through our online store. You will recieve an online invoice via email for all other orders. You will also be able to pay your invoice with your debit/credit card. We no longer accept CashApp and Zelle payments.

Is a deposit required when placing an order?

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book your order and secure your date. The final balance is due 7 business days prior to your event date. We understand "life" happens, so in the event of a cancellation your deposit will be credited towards a future order.

What is your return policy?

ALL sales are final. No Return. No Refund. We understand things happen and plans change, so should you need to postpone your event please contact us as soon as possible to change your pickup date. In the event of a cancellation, a credit will be issued for a future order. Unfortunately, if we have already started preparing your order, we will not be able to cancel or issue a credit.

What are your pick up hours?

Pick up is available at our Miramar studio Tuesday-Saturday from 11am-6pm. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Do you offer delivery?

Our studio is located in Miramar, Florida. There is a minimum delivery charge of $50 to venues within a 20-mile radius of our studio. Additional delivery charges apply for distances greater than 20 miles and for wedding cake/dessert station set ups.

Can you add pictures to cupcakes/cakes?

We do have the capability of printing your pictures, corporate logos or images onto cakes and cupcakes.
There is an additional charge of $15 per sheet for all edible images.

I live out of state. Can you still make a cake for my event?

The Deborah Dianne Creations team can be engaged to design and assemble a cake/dessert in other states/countries when airfare, accommodation and all other travel expenses are pre-paid by the client. There is a minimum charge of $1,000 for all out of state and international bookings.

Do you offer vegan, gluten free and sugar free cakes?

Unfortunately, we do not offer any vegan, gluten free or sugar free options at this time.
