Holiday Gift Set

We are no longer accepting rush orders. All standard cakes have an order processing time of 3 calendar days excluding Sunday, Monday and public holidays and an order cut off time of 6pm

All out-of-state orders are shipped during normal business hours Tuesday - Friday and have a processing time of 3 calendar days, excluding Sunday, Monday and public holidays, and an order cut off time of 6pm. This is the time it takes us to process, bake and package your order for shipping. This DOES NOT include shipping/transit time.

If you need your order delivered on or by a specific date, please state this in the notes section. We will do our best to accommodate your request. If no specific date is stated, your order will be processed and shipped according to our standard processing guidelines.

We have no control over how your package is handled once it leaves our possession and therefore, are not responsible for any damages that may occur during transit due to mishandling or rough housing by our shipping carrier.

We are also not responsible for delayed or undeliverable packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please be sure to double check your shipping address and make sure that street numbers, street names and recipient contact information are correct, and all necessary apartment/suite/unit numbers have been provided.

All packages are shipped "no signature required", so carriers may leave cakes at the door if no one is home. However, the carrier may choose, at its sole discretion, not to leave a package at the door if they feel it would be unsafe for any reason. We are also not responsible for any undeliverable cakes or delays due to weather, holiday closures or other circumstances beyond our control. To file a damage or lost package claim with UPS please call 1-800-742-5877.

Please be advised that all our cakes are baked in a facility that handles several known allergens and may contain or come in contact with peanuts, tree nuts, strawberries, soy, dairy, milk products, eggs, wheat, chocolate, gluten and other allergens.

ALL sales are final. No Return. No Refund. We understand things happen and plans change, so should you need to postpone your event please contact us as soon as possible to change your pickup date. In the event of a cancellation, a credit will be issued for a future order. Unfortunately, if we have already started preparing your order, we will not be able to cancel or issue a credit.
